The inputs automatically detect the format of the original signal, and offer the possibility of recording content with high dynamic range and inserting metadata through an HDMI connection. This version is ideal for recording live broadcasts or installing in OB vans and similar environments.

Additionally, users can develop custom solutions for Mac OS, Windows, and Linux using Blackmagic Desktop Video development tools. Includes two plates for high and low profile PCIe slots.
